'tis the **absolutely perfect** title for a book ;) Rain is interwoven in Filipino culture and soooooo many other cultures. You can't escape it so you just deal with it, right? "The words come fast like rain": this simple-yet-complex phrase instantly transports me to countless places I've traveled to, places where it rained... even if merely a sprinkle. So, I also find myself daydreaming about "sky tears" here in a drought-stricken area in the midst of an oppressive heat wave... thanks, Mother Nature!!
